I would play 4,3,3 to strengthen our Centre midfield but this manager likes the 3 at the back formation which totally doesn't suit our current best team or squad so if we have to continue with 3 at the back i would go with 3,5,1,1 every week again because our Centre midfield isn't strong enough to go with a 2 in there.
We are now 17th. If we lose to Arsenal, we need to score goals to beat Ipswich, and if we can't beat Ipswich, sorry Ollie, it aint working
